Funny, actually reasonable, question!
I would think it's because most pyschics (or those who claim to be) receive "vibes" rather than clear pictures of numbers to be drawn randomly.

May be, Psychics know of their luck & so don't buy lottery tickets.
Further their job gets some a lotery prize everyday!
Another point: No information on psychic winning a lottery is available. Among the winners, there could be some psychics too! Who knows. The media must come up with this info. But they choose not.
Now they may start looking for psychics winning lotteries!

Okay, if psychics let on that they knew the lottery numbers they would be banned from playing. So, what they do is bribe someone and tell them the winning numbers, then they let that person collect the money and split it with them, 40/60. That way they keep their secret and still are a winner. Of course, they usually donate most of their winnings to good causes so that they don't stay too rich and we won't get suspicious.

Would they tell us if they had?
They'd be forever hassled by others begging them for the next week's numbers.
A few years back there was a report in one of the papers here about a woman who had been given a set of numbers by a psychic and won over £100,000 from them.
I'm psychic, but I don't dream of numbers, or of winning the lottery.

because any good psychic knows you cant predict that due to personal influences and karmic debt
so its not worth the hassle of trying
oh and the lottery is fixed anyway

that is a good question. you would think a phychic would be smart enough to use her/his powers to win that much money. oh well, most psychics are fake anyway so it doesn't matter
