try zit creams that have a large percentile of benzoyl peroxide. i've heard good remarks about proactiv, neutrogena, clearasil, and differin. u might need a perscription for certain creams so u would need to go to the dermatologist for those. also, wash your face often. it helps a lot.

For sensitive skin, use Ivory soap and luke warm water at least 4 times a day. For normal skin, use proActive, Oxy10 or Clearasil

First I would use a ice cube wrapped in a damp paper towel to end the swelling, then dry it and put some pimple cream on it. I have also used mashed wet asprins.

You should use these things called power pads. They work really well I don't remember the brand but I used to use them.

I use Peroxide Vol:10 and it goes away within a day...amazing isn't it??

I USE CLINQUE EMERGENCY GEL WORKS WONDERS AND TO KEEP MY SKIN PIMPLE FREE I USE THERE 3 STEP PROGRAM LOVE IT......THEY HAVE IT FOR ALL DIFFERENT SKIN TYPES.....

clearasil cream works pretty well. you can buy it at any drugstore.
