Dawn Richard from Making The Band Three (Also in the gruop Danity Kane) but she had 2 evacuate cuz of the hurricane and she plans 2 go back as soon as possible

Lots of famous musicians that are known all over the world make their homes in New Orleans. Parts of city are under reconstruction and parts look like they haven't been touched.

It may be a long time before you can move there, and it may be dangerous to move there. I'm not sure about any celebrities that have even been there, but if you decide to move there be careful> ^_^
