I would like to start a legal escort service, where I would hire independant contractors to do the escorting. I don't want to get into ANY LEGAL TROUBLE though. Any pointers?

Make sure you talk to an attorney.Stipulate in your contracts(which I hope you will have) that your company is not escort agency, but a referral service.Make sure the contract states that each girl is responsible for her own actions and independent contractors and that your company in no way condones sex in exchange for money or anything that implies it.Make sure you have a witness sign the contract as well.Your contracts will be considered legal and binding.For more tips feel free to email me.Good luck!

I am not totaly sure but I can tell you this when I lived in Toledo OH Escort services were always listed in the classifieds so apperently there must be loop holes My one friend told me that escort services are one of the best buisnesses to start they require a minimum investment and in a short time you are raking in big bucks

First, get a really good lawyer. Oh yeah, whatever 'staff' you decide to choose, make sure they are checked out medically,...you know what I mean.You will have to chose whether you want classy escorts or those who look like they live on the streets.
