You cannot be at the top for ever.The moment the stone reaches maximun height it starts falling naturally.It is a natural phenomina.Even in the longest intercourse ,the peak orgasm lasts only few seconds.Out of 100 sessions female orgasm happens only few say 5 perecent,while male orgasm rate is high 57 percent.Many people have not experienced even orgasm,but only some what good sex.Male reaches peak even before woman starts.

Orgasms can last longer, but you have to take time to build it up. By longer i'm not saying days or hours on end but much longer than 10sec. I'm a guy and when I'm (my girlfriend too) in the mood, we get down to it the right way and I orgasm for longer 15secs or so. The same can happen to her. I'm not boasting here.
A quicky won't leave you satisfied as much as making love does. Don't let those porn crap off the internet make you feel incompetent either. Have confidence in yourself and you and last longer.
Last but not least, always (as much as possible) try to keep your body in good physical shape, okay? Having a body in better shape can aid towards having an orgasm of better quality.

My theory is this: Orgasms feel good so people want to have sex, which keeps the human race (animals, etc) going. However, you are very vulnerable to attack during that orgasm (back in the caveman days) so do your business, and then go back to hunting.

If you can master kama sutra...you can extend the orgasm to last hours on thru.
Its a difficult thing to learn...a lot of discipline and dedication to learn this. Welllll worth it...when you do :)
