ive never worn glasses before, and i dont want to start now, i was just wondering if you can wear contacts without ever having worn glasses?

No, you don't have to wear glasses before wearing contacts. You can start out right from the beginning with contacts. Todays contact lenses are very comfortable and easy to wear. Along with easy to use solutions that are "no rub", a lot of people are opting for contact lenses rather then glasses.

Of course you can! I, myself am afraid to poke myself in the eye, so I wear glasses all of the time, and haven't tried contacts. It'd be easier so that you wouldn't have to worry about your glasses being in the way when you want to lie down and watch tv or something... you may want the glasses for when your eyes get tired of contacts though.

nahh i dont think you have to wear glasses before contacts, i did, because if you start wearing contacts all the time your eyesight will get worse, and you will absolutely HAVE to wear contacts every day, so i think its good to have glasses as a back up in case you dont feel like wearing your contacts one day.

No. You do not have to have glasses before you get contacts it is more common to have contacts preferred over glasses nowadays.

i opted for contacts after using glasses for a while
