But if people try to tell you yes, ask them to please reference the specific law enacted in Israel that enforces that prohibition.
Also, be aware that you're comparing ethnicity (Arab) to religion (Jew). There are followers of Judaism who are Arab. And there are citizens of Israel who are neither Arab nor Jewish. So, are you asking about religious requirements, ethnic requirements, or both?

Yes - Israel still discriminates against Arabs who are legitimate citizens. Israel practices apartheid, like their ally South Africa used to practice apartheid. Yet, South Africa ended apartheid only after people divested from their economy.
The US ended its own apartheid on its own accord. Yet, Israel carries on.

i assume you mean in Israel. yes, there is a system of apartheid there. it was wrong in South Africa and its wrong in Israel
