you can iether use Dial soap or that's the one you shouldn't use

Any soap that is mainly real soap (yes, Ivory's a very good one) works well for relief of muscle tension. I don't think they do much for arthritis, unless you have a complication of sore muscles because your joints aren't functioning like they should. Replace the soap every couple of months.

Some alternative remedies I have heard for arthritis are:
drinking 4 oz of cherry juice twice a day
rubbing odorless castor oil ion the sore joint 3 times a day
drinking 2 tsp of liquid pectin (Certo, Ball, Sure-Jell, etc) in 8 oz of grape juice 2-3 times a day

I hope something helps. The cherry juice is great if you also have gout with your arthritis, which does make muscles sore.

You aren't supposed to use deodorant soaps. Ivory is what is suggested. I use it for leg and foot cramps. I ve heard it's good also for restless leg syndrome. I hadn't heard anything about arthritus pain.
