All, in one way or another. I think that how you look is the least, but I think that your outlook will reflect on how you feel. I don't mean if you're drop dead gorgeous top model, but when you feel fine you will tend to be better dressed, smile easier, be friendlier than when you feel down, or depressed, or sad, or worried.
If you're just looking to look good just because looks is what's on top of your mind all the time, and put that in front of all your other values, then that's going to come back and bit you in the back when you don't expect it. It's kinda shallow, and will leave you feel empty.
And what you say and how you act reflects also on your feelings and values. What if you really like a guy, feel deeply for him, but just hurt him verbally? Or a friend?
Sometimes you can feel down, but sometimes people need your support, and if you can't give them that, although understandable, you can loose some points with them.

I believe that what you feel like is the most important thing in the world, because you can buy a new look, but you can't buy happiness. What you have to say is also very important but sometimes that can land you in trouble.

What you feel like is more important. Feelings control alot more things than your looks, and it controls anything you have to say.

Remember Einstein's ABC: it depends on where you are:
1. If in Hollywood: what you look like.
2. If in the shopping mall: what you feel like.
3. If coming back home at night three hours later than expected and with your shoes in your hands: what do you have to say.

What you have to say. You may be the ugliest person ever or you may be the worst feeling person ever but you could have the greatest thing to say. And after all what is beauty without brains?

Definitely what you feel like. It colours how you think you look and what you have to say. If you feel confident you look it. You radiate it and people are attracted more to someone who is confident and outgoing, but average looking, than someone who is beautiful but introverted.

How you feel. If you feel good, then that reflects in everything you do.
Looks aren't that important, although people do judge you on them.
People can misinterperate what you say & that can cause offence. Sometimes, words aren't enough. :-)

What you feel like, of course. If I don't feel good, I don't look good, and with out self confidence no one would listen anyways.

I would say it's a tie between what you feel like and what you have to say.
