Once I ate 1 small bowl of cereal 4 breakfast everyday and lost a lot of weight that way.
BUT I wasn't healthy...I was anorexic. Try to lose weight the healthy way. Like exercise more and eat less fatty foods. The more healthy u r, the prettier u will look and the better u will feel!

If you have been eating more than the 2 bowls of cereal and 1 meal every day, than of course, you will lose weight because you're eating less than usual. However, your body will get used to the 2 bowls of cereal and 1 meal so then you will have to eat even less to lose more weight.

The idea or theory is that, if you eat Special K for two meals a day, and a good dinner for dinner, also excercise daily, that you will lose weight and keep it off. But what fat you lose, some of it is replaced by whole milk. Some but less with skim milk. Personally, I prefer fat free. Some people think it tastes like water, which is another liquid people are suppposed to drink. But I don't think it does. Even when I originally started drinking it, I didn't think it did.

I've tried many diets and couldn't make anything work. Since having my first child, I've been carrying around an extra 30 pounds. This diet just made sense and showed me that everything I was doing before was wrong and a waste of my time.

If Special K is all you eat you may lose weight but you will get sick because it is not a balanced diet.
If you are serious about losing weight you need to eat a well balanced moderate diet and exercise.
One of the best exercises is the elbow push. That is when you push yourself back from the table while still a wee bit hungry. That way you don't overeat.

Only eat Special K for two meals with skim milk. Don't eat it for every meal, because you will be missing out on other vitamins and nutrients. Eat small fruit and vegetable snack in between. And you need to exercise. For example: If you like to go to the mall, walk/ bike there instead of driving. Exercising with friends makes it feel like no work. Good Luck!
