I am currently at home with a back injury, and I have not yet recieved compensation, what if anything can I do ?

If you were injured on the job and have a company incident report filled out than you are eligible for workman's compensation. This will only pay for your medical bills. Than most companies will continue to pay at least a portion of your wages while you are out recovering. If the back injury happened at home than you our out of luck.

I found a website when my mom was dealing with federal workman's comp. I don't know if it will help much but here it is

I don't know, pay close attention to everything. keep good records of everything, if you talk to some take name s and dates, If you have questions ask.
