As long as we live stress is a part of life.Make it a positive one.Set up a practical goal and work for it. find out why you are stressed and write down your reasons for it. Analyse whether you can solve them one by one. The Stress now becomes lighter and by the time we work on it disappears.Do not become a slave to stress.

well...think of the good times that u've had in ur life...and have faith that all this stress, all these tough times will not last long and that there will be happiness once again and that too very soon...acquire happiness in little things...like maybe meeting a frnd after long time...or seeing the rain...or admiring the nature...maybe while talking to a loved one...dont think too much...think that u r facing all these troubles for the sake of ur most loved person...then u will have no probs in dealing with them...

think abt the people who are worse than you and you will definitely know the value of the value af watever you possess and halp them if you can you will feel loads better

Exercise - weights & cardio.
Go to Church.
