There are swimsuits made for that. Look for a one piece that has support built into it. They have gotten better with texture so that it isn't like a girdle inside

Buy a sexy swimsuit but buy a bigger size that way when u put it on it won't be squeezing you. Thus your lovehandles are non existant.
