Yes, if you eat slower than average, u certainly will not easily gain weight, no matter how much you eat. It happens to me, I eat slower than average people, and I'm difficult to gain weight eventhough I eat much more and much often then those who eat a little and keep complaining about their weight

Eating fast can effect anyones body, overweight or not. It takes 20 minutes for your body to realize your full. When you eat fast, you usually eat more than you should which results in you feeling full. You should never eat until your full..only eat until you are content. Eating until you are full results in gaining weight. And if you are already overweight, then you probably don't want to gain anymore weight.

eating habbit make efect on body weight.
we feel hungry and start eating ,the amount of food stuff we intake in initial 10 to 15 minutes is actually contributes to our weight.
so if u practice eating very slow in the begining of first 10 to15 minutes and then finish with rest of ur food u will observe that u r reducing ur weight slowly.
this method is effective, try for some time.
try avoiding eating in between two meals.

Sure it will, not withstanding you are overweight or not. Eating fast will cause indigested food thrown out from your body. In other words, food will not be absorbed. If this continues, causes liver and intestinal problems.

It takes your body about 20 minutes to register that your stomach is full. So if you eat too fast, you bypass your body's feedback mechanism and can eat too much food, leading to obesity.
Eating too fast can also cause stomach pain, indigestion, etc

Yes, because you tend to eat more and not chew food properly so it has a tougher time digesting. Food absorption will be greater as it stays longer in tummy.

well the faster you eat, the more you eat. eating slower gives your body time to feel full. eating too fast just puts more in your belly before your belly really knows it's full!

The more time you take to chew the less you eat. Try not to wait until you are starving to eat. Try not to eat late at night.
