HE OBVIOUSLY HAS A BEEF WITH SOMEONE SO HE ERECTED THIS GIANT BOARD ABOUT 7x10 AND WROTE THE FULL NAME OF THE PERSON AND THE EXACT AMOUNT HE OWES HIM. AND THE CASE NUMBER OF THE TRIAL.
AND ANOTHER TIME HE STOLE A CONSTRUCTION SIGN AND PUT UP "ILLEGAL CONSTRUCTION" BECAUSE A NEIGHBOR WAS MAKING IMPROVEMENTS TO HIS HOUSE.

OH ONCE I DID :THIS COUPLE WAS VERY AWFUL::THE GUY WOULD GO CRAZY WITH ME WHEN MY HUSBAND WAS WORKING:WHEN MY HUSBAND CAME HOME FROM WORK THIS GUY WOULD BE SO NICE TO MY HUSBAND:SO OF COURSE MAYBE I WAS BLOWING IT UP:SO ONETIME MY HUSBAND AND I WAS WORKING IN YARD:THE GUY DIDNOT SEE HUSBAND ON THE OTHER SIDE OF GARAGE>HE RAN OUT OF HIS HOUSE AND SLAPPED ME RIGHT A CROSS MY FACE:YES THERE IS REAL FRECKS OUT THERE BE CAREFUL::

The neighbors I have right now are nice. They dont really bother me much so I guess Im the crazy one. Anyhow it wasnt always like this though. I lived in this apartment where a firefighter lived underneith me. He swore up and down that I had this huge stereo hidden in my apartment and everytime there was a noise I got blamed for it, even though the stereo I had was a little tiny boombox. Anyway I like this place wayy better.

Hmm, sounds like a nutty neighbor. I think the craziest thing my neighbor did was yell at a bunch of girls for making too much noise during a birthday party because he had work the next day. But yeah, that wasn't so crazy, more like mean. But whatever, he pays good when you babysit for him.

Yeah, mine is crazy.
1. He said he was going to take down "that damn fence" so his dog could have more room to play. He was referring to MY fence!
2. He accidently shot his water heater when he was cleaning his gun.
3. The other night he went out in his back yard with a .45 and shot a groundhog three times @ 11:30 pm.

No, but I have a trashy drug dealing neighbor that has moved into the only damn rental property in our nice neighborhood. I wish the cops would hurry up and bust him.

MOVE! He sounds like a person that has to much time on his hands. If he were my neighbor, I would say Hello to him. I would want to get to know him. He is probably normal. He just got the balls to express when someone pisses him off.

I used to have one that bad, this person thought that they owned the block..and watch everything and everyone and it drove people nuts..all i can say is it wont get easier until you move..i went through hell living like that so good luck...this person was nuts and the stuff they would do omg...i even faught this person.

My neighbor is a fatty and he ticks me off. He is always outside jamming around, mowing his lawn every single Thursday night. Jerk neighbor.
