Ladies,I'm new in the make up thing, always opted to keep it natural, but with My Job I need to look presentable, I've got the Wadrobe. Which Make up brand should I go with(I'm Black) and A bit Dark in Compexion

I would stick with just a powder foundation, not liquid, it cloggs the pores. Most brands have make produced to match your skin tones. Keep it simple, watch trends in eye shadow color and you'll b fine. Enjoy dressing up!

I was reading the latest issue of seventeen magazine yesterday and they have a TON of stuff for any complexion, even dark. Check out there site! Theres really some neat ideas to look presentable but not plain and natural. Hope I helped!

fastest solution is to head down to the mall and get help from the beauty advisers.they'll know what suits you best for your skin complexion. my personal advise is
bronzer for face after your foundation(liquid/cream/powder)
dark shades of blue/purple/shimmer (works best)
nude/dusty rose/orangy for the cheeks
deep red/burgundy/cool brown hues for the lips (opt for less glossy so it doesn't stand out too much)

best of all experiment with make up and have fun!!

A little lightly tinted gloss and a "barely there" copper shadow should do wonders. Since you are dark toned already you probably don't need to line your eyes or use mascara.

Good luck!

I know that Maybelline recently started doing a promotions campaign with a dark skinned model...you should have a look of their stuff.

I would say keep it natural still so its something your comfortable with but spruce it up a bit. Maybe a coloured lipgloss or something. Don't go over the top. Less is more in my opinion. ^^

Try Prescriptives (they custome-blend most of their products), MAC, Bobbi Brown, and I-Iman.

I would go with lancome or chanel. I take from your avatar you are dark. Here are my suggestions:

EYES-

MASCARA-
CILS MAGIQUES Mascara from CHANEL in black brown.

EYE LINER-
LE STYLO WATERPROOF From Lancome in Noir

EYESHADOW-
OMBRE UNIQUE From CHANEL in Ylang

together with

COLOR DESIGN From Lancome in Mannequin

Top with nude lipgloss, also your own foundation and powder.
