The only time size matters is if the girl has to ask you if it is in yet. It is more a case of just how much effort the man puts into pleasing the woman that will determine if she will come back for more.
As to oral sex... most women like it. Younger women may be too self-conscious to enjoy it, but as they get older they get over that.
Eventually, as you grow up, you will find out all of these things for yourself.

several things matter, size isn't necessarily one of them. It depends on your chemistry together. If you guys really have a connection, it won't matter. But it does matter what you do with it. Be attentive and you'll learn what she likes. And yes, most women (not all girls) like oral.
