WOW! You need to learn how to spell better!!! LOL...
Sounds like a cold, maybe the flu. Drink water, take ibuprofin, or maybe try a cold/flu remedy such as theraflu or one of the tussin's. The only other thing I would say, is if you still feel like this in a couple more days, you should go see the doctor. Me personally, I would see the doctor now. But, most importantly is to make sure you drink enough water.

I used to experience similar symptoms...sometimes it also felt that I could'nt move my body. After struggling with the problem for few months I discovered that it was acidity.Do the following and you may feel a difference.
1. Try to find out that which food cause you acidity.
2. DON'T eat anything afer 6 or 7.
3. Drink water
4. Avoid food that cause acitidity e.g.Beef/

You say nothing about your life and activity.
What have you done lately??
What did happen in your life recently?
It could be stress or anxiety for instance.
And that even could demonstrate why you woke up sweating.
The sleep length means nothing if we sleep badly then.
OK?
