There are three discounts that I know of:
1. IATA Card for travel industry employees, but I guess you are not one of these or you wouldn't be asking the question!
2. Discounted afternoon admission (from 1pm) for Convention Centre attendees and exhibitors. $99 dollars but you don't get the dolphins or the 7-day pass to Sea World or Busch Gardens. Simply check if there are any public conventions and register.
3. Sea World Premium Passholders.

I lived in Orlando and worked at the parks. Unfortunately the theme parks including Discovery Cove don't give many discounts except for heros like the military, police, fire fighters, and emt workers.
Sea World might have a package that might save a few dollars, but I doubt it. It is a popular attraction so therefore they don't have to offer discounts to attract people.
However, if you work at AAA or a AAA member you MIGHT be able to get a little bit of a discount.
Sorry I could not have been of more help. If there was a discount BELIEVE me I would have found it!

I used to live in Orlando and I got a tour of Discovery Cove before it opened in 2000 - definitely a nice place but not cheap. The only discount I know of for there is AAA/CAA but I do know that you get free admission to SeaWorld & Busch Gardens when you pay for your admission to Discovery Cove. SeaWorld is right up the street from Discovery Cove so you could do one day at each. Hope you have a good time down there.

I don't know about discounts... maybe it's true that they don't give many discounts, but with admission to Discovery Cove, they give free admission to Seaworld and Busch Gardens, which I guess is kind of their way for making up for the cost. But it's worth it anyway. I haven't gone yet, unfortunately, but I've done the Seas Aqua Tour in the aquarium at Epcot, so I'm sure Discovery Cove would be one hundred times better.

We were able to get a cheap 3 bedroom condo with full kitchen, washer dryer for only 299 a week off of ebay .It was only 2 miles from disney, Also sea world often has the second day free. we get our tickets for the parks from the walmart down there. its a little cheaper. Another way to save money is to do a time share demo vacation. you get to stay at a hotel for real cheap and it usually has a 1-2 hour sales pitch and they have a kids area with video games while you listen . Just keep saying no to the pitch and they will let you go quicker, Dont seem wish washy or they will try to keep you longer that the needed time. we got 4 days in orlando , 2 tickets to universal and 2 tickets to arrabian nights, a car rental all for 250$ that was with e tour and travel.
