My middle school had ridiculous rules where you cannot wear anything with a logo bigger than 2 cubic inches, you CANT wear any shirts withOUT collars, and you can't wear a belt with any pictures or writings on it. They even have rulers to check your logo size and to measure your pants size to make sure it's not too big. They even don't allow you to wear black pants! (I KNOW! lame...) I used to get detention all the time for dress code (how rare is it that you find a sweater with no logos on it?! i don't want to freeze!) and chewing gum. I even got detention the first day of school because I wore black pants (how was i supposed to know?) Sooo many people don't follow the dress code, and I'm the one always getting caught because my history teacher checked dress code EVERYDAY. I'm in high school now and I hate my school. Don't get me wrong, I'm a 3.5-4.0 student. School sucks, I can't wait for next year when I go onto college!!

is it really the best score on college 4.0?:)
am, i HATE rules. i hate every rule, no matter if it would save my life or not, but i always show to the ppl (teachers) that i'm not respecting most of the rules cuz i'm afraid of punishing, its just it's boring, eating nerves of those old and full of prejudices ppl(again my teachers)
i'm excellent student, has been and still. but every chance i got, i break the rule. dozens times i got E cuz i pass notes to my friend while the written work, or test.. i wrote on walls, fight with other guys and girls. yelled and laughed to the teachers(off the class), and talked (on the class). i always used an opportunity to stop them and tell them they're wrong. thats tho worst broken rule-convincing other that ur teacher made a mistake.:))
even when they would run from classes, sometimes i wpuld lead.
but i dont know, those old ppl always loved me.
thanks to u all:))

If you follow the rules, you tend to be less distracted, and this improves the quality of education you get out of the system. One who followed the rules and paid attention might, for example, learn how to spell "college"!

absolutely not all the time. i either had a blast when i'm still young or regret for missing the fun when i'm grown up. besides, it's about being smart, not intelligent.
