Would it be possible to buy a phone that is normally only from sprint from ebay and then take it to verizon and have your calling plan with them? Can they put any calling plan on that phone?

It is technically possible but unfortunatly due to the software inside the phones being so dramatically different between cariers if you took it to verizon you would get really bad signal (1-2 bars where everyone else gets 5). That being said most companies don't allow you to bring over phones from other carriers so that you don't get a bad experience with them. Most phones these days are cheap when you sign a contract anyway.

i currently have a Verizon and they will NOT activate a phone frm another company

you'll need an unlock code i think,not familiar with CDMA
