I hate the Simpsons-I think it should be outlawed!, but my husband loves Homer! I just don't get it! I've never laughed at any of the idiot things they say or do!

Homer - maybe because I see some of myself in him. He's dumb in many ways but always willing to try, a dreamer, prone to violence or using profanity, balding (though he's ahead of me there), and in the end loves his family and tries to be a good husband and father in his own unique way.
