I think it depends on their tactics.
If one of them is really hard core and plans his attack just right, he could probably take you down by flying into one of your orafices and excreting some fluid. If they are hunting as a pack, then probably 20 or 30 could take you down by dive-bombing in the general direction of your head.
Good luck on that, and try to stay away from the light. They love the light.

I won't even switch on the bathroom light when it gets dark due to the fear of a moth apocalypse. But when you do it's like the birds all over again.
