She admitted to wresling with James over the Howie doll, but then realized that the correct doll was the Marcellas doll (which was on the ground and she picked up. That's not really cheating, she didn't steal the Howie doll from her. James is a sore/poor loser. The BB7 producers interviewed everyone and reviewed the tapes and determined the facts. Yes I do think that Janelle should lose her veto. I think the show has fixed the game for Janelle to win and given her way's in knowing how to win. I think if the camera's catch anybody cheating they should autumatically win. Maybe Boogie will use his Coup d'Ta this week that Janelle has won the veto this week.
