What is the difference between USA president George Bush N terrorist icon Osama bin Laden,when they r most hatred killer of human being,one kills with system n justify that killing n another does not have any rule to kill anyone anywhere.And why in 21st century we can not stop both bastards?

Simply there is no comparision. Mr Bush is the President of the largest democracy in the world. He is an elected nominee. Whereas OSama is a terrorist who has no logic of killing innocent people just for nothing. He is such a life which nobody would like to have.
Mr Bush have erred a lot of times while tackling various problems, like the one in Iraq and Afghanistan. He chose to attack (Prepared a lobby) Iraq on a false excuse. Still he is continuing with the cature. Just for the sake of oil. If at all he wishes to have world order he should act in an unbiased way. He enters a country only because its own territory is attacked. What about Israeli occupation and war. Can he second the view in case of India and Pakistan. Simply no.
The difference is wide and too much but you can not justify the actions of Mr. Bush. He breeds terorists and when they become powerful, tries to go for the world order.

Bush will be out of power in 2 years. Osama keeps running and running.
Bush's war places himself between warring sectarian violence: sunni vs shia, or Taliban vs northern alliance, or Kurds vs everyone else. Innocent people are killed unintentionally.
Osama targets innocent people because he intends to create chaos. His soldiers wear no uniforms, hides in mosques, and follow no rules.
Bush is an elected ruler of a country. Osama was not elected, runs no government, but would if he could.

Bush killed more civilians.
Bush hides in a white house while his army is fighting. Bin Laden is in the front line getting injured and risk getting killed.
Bush went to war for oil. Bin Laden went to war to punish America for Founding, supporting and standing by Israel while it masecered hundreds of thousands of civilians and displaced millions.
