First, how old are each of you?
Second, are you able to insert a finger into her? If not, then she might want to check with a doctor. There is a rare condition called "imperpherate hymen". In that condition, you are not able to penetrate the hymen by normal means. In most cases with this condition, it has to be surgically removed. I'm not 100% sure thats the technical name for this condtion, but thats what my doctor told me when I was having problems similar to what you described, and I had to have it surgically removed.
Your erection problems could be caused my nervousness. I hope you are using protection when you're messing around. The one time you don't. she could end up pregnant, or you could end up with a disease.
I would recommend that if you cannot insert 2 fingers into her, then she needs to be checked by a doctor.

I am not an expert, but I remember hearing about a procedure related to unblocking a himen. Some women need this procedure to have sex. I think that I heard about this when reading about the famous Dr. Kinsey who did the sex studies in the 50's. His wife had this problem possibly? It sounded like a simple procedure to fix.

Her hymen may be unusually think or strong. Her gyn can create a larger opening so that it's not painful for her.

As far as the oral sex, if she's not getting aroused, she may be too nervous or anxious to enjoy herself. There's no need to rush into sex, both of you need to take your time.

There is no problem with you. As your GF is not co-operating you are not able to penetrate her. Take Vasilene and apply on her with your fingers. Penetrate with you fingers and ask her to co-operate by positioning her properly.
