Seriously you may have a water infection. I had one a few years back, I felt like I was getting a cold, but never did, but I couldn't stop shaking, I tried to get a drink of water and was shaking so much I broke the glass on the tap.
My temperature went up to 105 and it was then that my husband insisted on getting the doctor out.
She asked for a water sample which I gave her, it looked like a milky cup of tea.
She gave me antibiotics and within a couple of hours I started to feel better.
So get it checked out.

1. switch to decaf
2. See your primary care doctor. You might have familial tremors but really a vague complaint like you have listed could be caused by hundreds of different disorders ranging from benign to serious.
It is important to see your physician for a thorough history and physical exam. Don't rely on the internet message boards to get medical advice

It sounds like you could have low blood sugar. Try drinking orange juice if it doesn't help you will need to see a Dr.
