Often times children would come home from school, "scared and confused".
There was really no one they could talk to.
At school they would use the "paddle" or the "spanking" to attempt to instill FEAR into you. But first and foremost it was very PERVERTED. (it is a SEXUAL device/tool in it's real ethical use) So it placed the child in a peculiar position, a scare tactic stemming from a perverted device.

Down the hall there was murdered-BEEF and raped-CHEESE for sale....

Spankings and paddlings are sexual, or that is the CORECT use of such methods(most generally used between consensual lovers). Is there a case for "corruption" of a minor? What do they say about the boy who would be confused as he would get errections "thinking/fantasizing" about his gradeschool teacher with the paddle in her hand or dangling from her wall..a sexual frame of reference.

Because of the possibility of corruption, I think we owe it to the kids who were hit out by the school, well we need to PAY THEM BACK. The school system was messed up in certain days, just as some PARENTS were to be hitting their kids in that PERVERTED way.

A child would have the right to use force and if necessary ~ KILL...in the name of defense if someone like an adult tried to "hit them out" in that way, just like if an adult tried to force a "*******" onto a child.
Now, if the child "voluntarilly" takes the "spank" or the "blow" and honestly wanted to recieve such a blow or spank without "corruption" from the adult, well then it is the child's choice to declare that, that is what it was.
Sometimes a child consensually, without corruption, wishes to ENGAGE in actions and well the only thing I can think of to say now is : let there be honesty.

I thought there was already a law banning corporal punishment. No school system I know of still uses "paddling" or spanking. We aren't allowed to even hug the kids!

It is wrong. Now if something leaves even a bruise on the child, The teacher would probaly get arrested. As with parents. Hitting children espically on the bottom is wrong.

What happened to you? I was spanked by my father and I never read anything sexual into it...I misbehaved...did not follow rules...put myself in harms way therefore I got my bottom blistered. Made me think twice about getting into trouble....I grew up just fine. I don't drink..I don't use drugs..never been in jail..I have a set of morals. Whats so bad about that????
