Hobby Lobby or Michael's both have a lot of great holiday decorative items. I would just browse their stores and see what you can find! Good luck!

What we usually do is let the different depts all pick a theme to design and decorate themselves, then get outside judes to come in and pick their favorite.

ABC.com; it's a gift catalog w/really good prices. my wife orders stuff for her office every season. you may have to make up a company name and you don't really have to order in groups of 3 or more to get the advertised price. check it out, i think you'll like them.
