In the late 90's it was definitely Britney Spears because she was everywhere. Nowadays though it's Paris Hilton because she is everywhere. Beyonce and J.Lo are fur using sluts and Christina Aguilera is just there (remember how no one cared when she kissed Madonna but everyone went crazy when Britney Spears did it).
