what does it mean when your balls hurt when you want to have sex? and if you cough hard you have to hold them??

he has had cancer and radiation and chemo....

we are married guys its my husband and he wont go to the doctor

"Blue Balls" or pain is also a very old line that men use to try to talk women into giving them sex. If this is happening to you tell whoever is using the line to take matters in hand.

He needs to visit a urologist. Alone may be better, he might be more comfortable. Pain occurs sometimes prior to and during sex, but I don't know the cause. If he's holding himself when he is coughing it is likely because he will leak a little if he doesn't--again the need for a urologist. There are some good meds out there that work on that-know from personal experience!

You don't have to hold them when you cough hard and about the sex it's mostly an expression but there could be some pain if the sexual feeling is intense enough. Nevertheless, sex should still be only within marriage.

It luks like he got hurt in his testicles, by so many ways a person kn get hurt-like, manipulating during da sxl foreplay, cycling, playin ball etc. evn it occurs vn u av rough, hard sx 4 a long time, continuosly.
