Joseph Hill, lead vocalist and songwriter for the traditional "roots'' reggae group Culture, died Saturday. He was 57.
Hill abruptly fell ill and died in Berlin while the group were in the middle of a European tour, according to his daughter Andrea. She did not know the cause of death.

OK I just looked it up. He died on 19th August in Berlin but it doesn't say how he died.
I guess it's too early to say.
What a shame, he was great and I love Culture.

He passed away on the 19th. I haven't seen anything that lists a cause of death as of yet. All I've seen is that he "suddenly became ill" and died in Berlin.
