you have to know how to cut and paste using the right clicker on your mouse.Find a background...right click,click"select all",click cut....now you have the code in your mouse....goto myspace home page....select "edit profile" select "about me" right click in the "about me section then right click and select "paste"...the code will appear...save and you have your background.
