The Dodgers are smoking and at the top of the NL west. They have some great talent and are on a roll. The Angels can still catch the always hot in September As. If they win their respective divisions can they make it through the playoffs. On the other hand both NY teams are at the top of their divisions. Can they sustain it?

I'm willing to put money on a Subway series... the mets are best team in national league.... I don't believe the dodgers will go very far, even if they're on a hot streak.

The Angels? I don't think so.... The Tigers are the best, but don't have they're young and lack real post-season experience. I'm not sure if theyh could pull off what the Marlins did a few years back.

A Mets/Yankees series is a more feasible prediction.

i do not see a Subway sequence. i imagine the Mets received't get previous the Dodgers or Cardinals. Their pitching is terrible. Glavine is unknown, Pedro is unknown, Traschel has a group of wins hostile to undesirable communities, Hernandez is iffy at brilliant. Their brilliant pitcher is John Maines. Mets are in a pathetic league. The Yankees Triple A crew out of Columbus would supply the Mets a run for his or her money. No nationwide league crew will submit a lot of a wrestle contained in the international sequence this year, except its a complete dissatisfied. If there's a subway sequence. Yankees 4, Mets 0.

I think we have to wait and see how these races sort out. When the Yankees get Matsui back and maybe even Sheffield their offense is so dangerous they have to be the favorites. I thought the Cardinals were better then this, right now the Mets are better. I think the Subway series is more likely. The Dodgers could still fall a part . They are streaky.

I'm in Arizona & we're only 3 games back - the NL West is going to come down to the last 5 games - although I think the Dodgers have a good shot at it.

If I HAD to choose - who wants the damn Yankees again - hell no. I might even fly out for a World Series game in La La Land.

how about another bay series, the A's are hot and they have a 4.5 game lead in the west. the giants are down 6 games and would have to catch the ever so hot dodgers but anything can happen in the crazy NL west.

I think it will be Tigers vs Mets with the Mets ending the miracle season for Detroit.

Well obviously the best chance for an inner city world series is in New York. There is no way that it will be anywhere in California.
