This is a problem that only u can resolve....this means tht u were only surrounded by ur mother when she was alive which is not good for u...look at the result...I think u should get out abit more and try to find some friends. What do u do for a job and who do u think would be sutible for u to make friends with???
Think about ur self and try to stop thinking about how happy u were when she was still there this will only make you fell sadder.
It may sound selfish but trust me...it will work!
Good Luck!
MWAH!!!

That's too bad about your mother. Tell friends and relatives how you feel. Try not to isolate yourself at this time. Also, get out a bit each day, even if it's just for a walk. Take vitamins, make sure you get enough quality food and rest, and avoid making irreversible decisions until you feel better. Hope this helps.

Sorry to hear about your mother. Death is always sad.

Fortunately, you will probably get over it, because we all do. Try not to wallow in sadness. Realize being sad is a natural thing that should eventually end.

If it doesn't, I would recommend seeing a therapist to talk to. They will do a much better job of telling you what's wrong than anyone here.

First let me say I will be praying for you to get through this. Its very hard but do remember she will always watch over you, You must be free to talk about your Mom always in doing so will help you. Get yourself a copy book and make it your memory book of Mom. write all your thoughts into it and let her know how you feel, Another one is Buy balloons and put your messages on them and send them up to her.on her birthday.I do that for my grandson, who's mother died when he was ten. Keep her alive through you

I am very sorry to hear about your mother. I was living with my mother and taking care of her when she died. It was very hard for me. I was single with no children. I went into a deep depression because of the changes in my life. Please don't let this happen to you. Get out. Don't isolate yourself. Talk about your feelings.

Good luck to you.

what do you mean; your mom was departed? If so don't be sad there are plenty of foreign organizations, activities, and events to become involved in. Research your local city/state's website.
