Not true we Texans might take offense! Just like people in the pacific north west might not like the fact there windshield wiper motors wear out. My A/C get turned on in March and it does not get turned off until November. Today It is only 104 degrees 30% humidity. I think that Mitsubishi was made in the Normal, IL Mitsubishi plant. Just Have the amount of refrigerant checked the amount in the label under the hood recover the R-134 freon and replace with the correct amount. Leaves, dog hair and paper can get in and clog the evaporator coils under the dash and a little maintenance here will restore the amount of air out of the vents. And remember your car is going on 6 years old.
