No. What you are feeling are the ligaments that hold the uterus in place. When you sneeze while pregnant they can stretch. Sometimes if you move or get up too quickly you will get the same sensation, a very sharp almost burning pain. I am pregnant with my 4th child and have had this with all 4 pregnancies. When I am pregnant I don't hold my sneezes in as they hurt too much so I find a way to sneeze that doesn't hurt.
Best of luck!

No.
I hold in my sneezes also- it sounds like a cat sneeze when I do. :)
I've never been able to sneeze "normally", even if I wanted to. It was something I learned a long time ago, and something I am not able to easily change.

if i were you, i would let it fly. a couple of years ago, i held a sneeze and fractured 3 ribs....just something to think about.
however, if it close to your due date and little nixon hasnt popped out yet, by all means, hold that sneeze and pop that little critter right out, but make sure your dr is there with a catchers mitt lol.
congrats, and good luck!!!
