Shaped like a cone with a circular base, seven stories high.
The bottom floor would be shops and offices, with a round swimming pool in the center. The inner circle of the swimming pool would be roped off so that people could jump into it from the high dive on the 6th floor. This high dive would allow people to watch the glass elevators go up and down during their descent.

The second floor would be several large bars and clubs.

The third floor would be more laid-back VIP lounges and/or private clubs.

The fourth, fifth and sixth floors would be apartments/condos. The sixth floor would be the penthouse apartment with a false "tip", so that people believe it's the top floor. It could have a good-sized outdoor deck.

The seventh floor would be a secret.

There would also be tuning forks outside. They would ring when it rains or if there is high wind.

I think it is a great idea and very sound construction-wise. The cone (or pyramid) shape it the most effective shape structure to build. I want to know more about out the tuning forks outside, why that concept?

It is very distinct and The cone shape will make it stand out. A six-story high dive sounds frightening, but the idea of being able to watch the glass elevators is interesting. Does that mean people can use the high dive instead of the elevator to get from the sixth floor to the first floor? So the building is basically hollow in the center and the clubs, lounges, and apartments are rings around the cone. The concept is interesting but make sure it is feasible.
