My leading cause of stress is my sister-in-law!
But my leading cause of stress in society is the high cost of living-- everything is going up except wages!! It makes it hard for the average family to make ends meet, even with both parents working.

Leading cause of stress: the inability of my so-called "superiors" at work to do their jobs effectively.
Something that stresses me out about my society: the apparent pride people now seem to take when in the public realm they behave in ways to annoy or disgust others. Like at the movies, people bring undisciplined four year olds to a rated R movie, and don't seem to think twice how utterly stupid they are for doing so.

I don't get stressed easily. Maybe because i never let things bother me and i don't worry at all about anything. I might feel a little stressed if i'm in the middle of a good movie and the cable goes out. lol.
Have a nice day and keep smiling.

Money. No matter what anyone says, when you throw money at a problem it goes away. This would not apply to only one thing, a terminal illness. Its always money and more money that will ultimately relieve stress. My personal stress is wanting to live close to my 5 year old daughter and it sucks the life out of me everyday. Money would resolve it, but their aint enough to go around, very sad.

My GREATEST cause of stress is DEFINITELY the situation that the world is in and the way the United States is going downhill very very fast not only in its decrepid education system but economically and politically. I see it.. I predicted all that is happening but I can do nothing to stop it... I feel so helpless

The three most stressful things in my life are the following:
1) paying bills. I just forget the dates they are due. I am now using on-line banking with email reminders. This is helping.
2) my job. I teach high school chemistry and physics, and sometimes the teenage energy and lack of common sense wears me out
3) my children. They are grown and live their own lives, but I still worry about them when they are having problems with jobs, bills, friends

life.its all about survival.how much can you make, what bills can you pay this week?will you be able to keep your house, job, spouse?what would happen if i got hurt and couldnt work?what happens when i get too old to work and have nothing saved for retirement, how will my kids survive?will they ever get off drugs?will they be able to support a family?will they be happy?how much time do i have left?what will be the cause of my death?will i get old and my boss replace me with someone younger, leaving me and my family to starve.will someone take care of me when i can no longer take care of myself?or will i be dumped in a home?or left out on the streets to die alone?so you see its not just one thing, its life that stresses you out.

I think the leading cause of stress is how people react to stressful situations.
The situation is the excuse for the reaction that results in stress in the body, and health issues.
