I`ve been installing windows and doors for about 15 Yrs. I can honestly say I`ve never seen a piece of glass that wasn`t replaceable. The only exception to the rule would be accessability to the window. But in answer to your question yes the glass can be changed.

Of course you can replace the sash. Remove the entire sash. Clean up broken, jagged edges, and bring it to your local Andersen dealer. They can order the part. You can't use glass from a glass company, because Andersen has a patent on their seals. Insulated window panes are a sandwich of glass and air(or inert gas). This assembly is held together with a perimeter frame. The integrity of the air and water tight seal is what makes insulated glass work.

You must replace the whole window.

If it were me I'd just replace the panel instead of the whole window.
