If youre in america, and not the middle east, then he's full of bullshit.

There is no such thing as being contractually owned by a person for sexual duties for any period of time in this country. What he is trying to do is illegal.

You're going to have to suck it up and confess to your husband that you made a mistake and you had an affair. You dont owe the man you made that mistake with anything, let alone a year of service as a concubine.

a concubine is like a second spouse. there are a lot of concubines in Bible times. Sometimes people in the OT needed concubines was because their first wife couldn't bear kids for them. Kind of like with Sarah and Abraham, Jacob and Rachel and Leah. Look at Solomon. He had many concubies. Just read the Old Testament of the Bible and you can read all about concubies.
But now there are only one person in a marriage no more then one spouse in a family.

Concubinage refers to the state of a woman or youth in an ongoing, quasi-matrimonial relationship with a man of higher social status. Typically, the man has an official wife in addition to one or more concubines. Concubines have limited rights of support as against the man, and their offspring are publicly acknowledged as the man's children, albeit of lower status than children born by the official wife or wives.

In modern usage, the term concubine often denotes the status of a quasi-wife who is not legally married to a man with whom she lives. The man (but not the woman) may or may not be in an ongoing legal marriage with another person. For example, in a California court case involving inheritance, Rosales v. Battle, a Mexican court had decided that the plaintiff had been the concubine of the deceased, on the grounds that they "had maintained a relationship publicly comparable to a marriage for about four or five years and had always behaved as though they were married, even though they had not contracted legal matrimony."

In France, Concubinage is the official term for cohabitation of heterosexual and (since 1998) homosexual couples. Some benefits of married couples or those bound by PACS (civil union) may then apply. In jurisdictions with common-law marriage, cohabiting partners may become common-law spouses after a certain length of time.

Concubine

The term concubine generally signifies ongoing, quasi-matrimonial relationships where the woman is of lower social status than the man or the official wife or wives. Some historical Middle Eastern and East Asian rulers maintained concubines as well as wives.

Historically, concubinage was frequently voluntary, as it provided a measure of economic security for the woman involved. Involuntary, or servile, concubinage involves sexual slavery of one member of the relationship; typically the woman.

Concubinus

In Roman times, this was the title of a young male slave who was chosen by his master as a bedmate. They were often referred to ironically in the literature of the time. Catullus assumes in the wedding poem 61.126 that the young manor lord has a concubinus who considers himself elevated above the other slaves, but will lose his post after the lord's marriage. Some of these relationships were described as having emotional depth. Caesar, in his account of the Spanish wars, relates a story of the rebel Scapula, who orders a freedman who had been his former concubinus to light his pyre.

That sounds like black male. What happens in a year when the contract is up and this male still wants to carry on with you? He can still ruin your marriage a year later whether you sign the contract or not. If I were you I would not sign it. Just tell him it is over and then you will have to deal with the consequences of your marriage if he tells.

i think of that's severe high quality that she is doing it for charity; even with the shown fact that, modeling isn't the superb way for her to physique of innovations the assumption. Beside, having the 1st lady symbolize/favoring/supply interest to a undeniable style isn't so solid for her image. all of us in her place should not be used as (actually) a physique image. foremost a charity enterprise or develop into the spoke-man or woman to countless charity activities could have been greater efficient. I agree that Mrs Obama has a brilliant experience of style yet i think of the form international and the media are milking it too plenty.

A concubine is a sex slave. You have to do whatever your master tells you, whenever they tell you.
