wrong. If I unplug it and let it set for a couple of days will it work correctly again?

You should have let it sit upright for 24-48 hours after it was tipped or on its side. Any gunk that may be in the compressor oil could have travelled to the refrigerant lines and that could possibly create a blockage in the line or lines. Unplug it and let it sit for a while to allow any oil that may have migrated to drain back into the compressor. Then run it as normal. Hopefully nothing got to a line to plug it up.

It should work again if you unplug it and leave it upright for at least 24 hours.

Mabye. But it should have sat for 24 hrs upright before turing it on.
It may be OK its hard to tell

I work with appliances every day, just let it run , It should be O K.

well I'm not electrician but i think that you should call service or visit website about refrigerators.
