I write translated sentences under the each original sentences.

mou ikimasu
I'm comming.
or
I'll go soon.

isogashi desu
I'm busy.

hisashi buridesu
It's been a long time.

douiu imi desu ka?
What do you mean?

shinpai arimasen
Don't worry.

nanji desu ka?
What time is it now?

kazokuha genki desu ka?
How is your family?

tetudate kudasai kanashi
Sorry, I don't understand "kanashi".
"tetudate kudasai" means "please help me"

mou ikimasu - "I'll go" or "I'm about to go" (could be sexual in nature ie. "I'm coming" but it depends on the circumstance.)

isogashi desu - "I'm busy"

hisashi buridesu - "long time no see" or "it's been a while"

douiu imi desu ka? - "what does that mean?"

shinpai arimasen - "no worries" or "i'm not worried"

nanji desu ka? - "what time is it"

kazokuha genki desu ka? - "Is your family well?"

tetudate kudasai - "give me a hand" or "give me some help"

kanashi - (while connected to the above sentence, it doesn't make sense together) it means "sad"
