My completely unresearched answer would be San Francisco or New York City. Anywhere where you'd expect to find a higher percentage of artists, intellectuals and/or free thinkers.
And the assumption there wasn't that atheists and agnostics are smarter; It's based on the tendency of these groups to migrate towards communities with more diversity and acceptance.

because neither the people's Republic of China nor India has many Christians and the U. S. is third in international inhabitants. in spite of the reality that there are different international places that are more beneficial Christian (or a minimum of have a larger percentage of Christians) their smaller inhabitants signifies that the U. S. has more beneficial Christians.
