Oh man, something is not right with you. Our failure to conduct a better counter-intelligence operation is because we really didn't want to trust the Kurds...now, a special report in the CIA has admitted it was a mistake. As already said, Kurds are great people, they helped my team out allot in Iraq.

All evidence indicates that the Branch Davidians started the fires themselves. I won't say that our government didn't botch the whole thing -- there was no reason to rush the compound when they did -- but self immolation by the BDs is a far cry from gassing thousands of innocent people as Hussein did.

Yes, Saddam gassed the Kurds without any option for their survival. He murdered them, because he wanted them dead. The Davidians had days to leave and although that government action was reckless and botched, they had no intention of killing those people.
