Enjoy the wonders of nature while you can. Are they in a pond or your pool? The chlorine from the pool should keep them out of it but why have a pond if you don't enjoy what's in there? I'm from the country, moved to the city and would love to hear a frong once in a while.

if you do kill them with a pesticide of some kind the rotting smell will be unbearable, and because its in water, it will last a long time and your pond will be spoiled for any life inside
so, i would put catfish in the pond and get a couple of outside cats, to make the frogs not so dominate. They will always be there.
your other option is filling in the pond with fill dirt.

I would love to go to sleep at night to the sound of frogs in a pond. Instead I have to hear noises from other tenants in the apartment complex where I live. The sounds of nature are so soothing and calming. Please don't hurt the frogs!

You can’t. We have the same issue with our new pond in our front yard. Toads and all kinds of frogs flock there. The only way to get rid of them is to get rid of the pond.
