Okay, so this is probably just an attempt at advertising, but I'll try to answer the question seriously anyhow because I'm that foolish of a person.

I haven't looked at the web site, and I don't know what it's selling, but my answer is still probably not. I base this speculation simply on the laws of probability - Microsoft is HUGE. Very few start-up companies are ever going to reach that point of importance, renown, and success (especially if those involved are spending their time hawking it on Yahoo!Answers instead of doing actual work).
