Position your fingers on the right keys -

fingers on left hand on a s d f and fingers on right hand on j k l ;
left forefinger on f, right forefinger on j

Look at the keyboard as you type and soon enough you won't need to look at the keyboard.

Try to keep yourself as slow as you can to start with, it's not a race, don't try too hard and it will come naturally

Without seeing you type, I don't know why you're hitting two keys at once (so I can't tell you what to quit doing), but here's 2 guesses/suggestions: 1) if you have long fingernails, cut them, 2) if you're actually taking your fingers right off the keys in between keystrokes, don't, keep your fingers in contact with the keys.
