My favorite was Joseph the son of Jacob. out of all of the old testament Saints. He was more steadfast in the face of adversity. His attempted murder by his brothers and eventual sale into slavery and prison, never lost faith in God. He was 17 and more adult and moral than any man I have ever known.
From prison (innocently accused) overcame and became 2nd only to Pharaoh in Egypt. In time of famine , Fed his family and brothers that had betrayed him.
This man was a choice of God I can understand.

I agree with Leabone. I've been a Christian over 2 decades & recently went through a trial which caused me to question God's love for me & came very close to walking away. I am ashamed & have thought of Job quite often.

I love the story of Elijah and the 400 priests, when he bet them that his god could do all this stuff and their god couldn't. Heck of a story...it had, flames, thrashing, a few miracles and then he beat them all to death with the jaw bone of an a**. Wonderful stuff. Make a great movie. Somebody call Bruce Willis.

Job , He had it all wealth , family , good health and he walked with God . When the devil tempted him and all was taken from him he still walked with God . He never wavered and he never stopped believing God would deliver him . When all was taken away and he was covered with boils he ask God for help and he delivered him and gave it all back to him . His love of God is a testimony for all to see and he never turned his back on God .

Elijah -- have a entire weigh down on him. Wrote a music about him. The dude ran throughout the time of a huge effortless (?). And even as he prompt his servant, "seem at each and every of the angels round us." i might want to actual listen somewhat a smirk in his voice like, "Darn, those undesirable adult men are in for a thrashing." Being somewhat humorous good right here, yet, yea, my prevalent.

Moses, cuz he lived to be 108 years old, and he was just an awesome witness for Jesus.
