Ok, why can't you study this it is easy, D for the first question and Churchill for the second. Mussollini was hung, Hitler killed himself, Roosevelt died of a stroke.

because they went through belgium and at that time belgium was a nutral country...when germany involved them in war that way belgium asked USA for help and thats how USA got involved in the war....
Mussoloni died after end of the war.
